I have had to reload my system from the start but I have all the downloads that I have downloaded.... My question is can I make them work with out having to download them again... I don't have anything but the folder that windows put them in at he time of downloading, which would have been...... C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object
Desktop\windowblinds\Name............ I don't have a setup and/or install file so I am not sure as to how to make them work without re-downloading them.... If you can help thanks

Unless you have an .exe file of any software or know how to add all the necessary registry entries of that software then downloading or getting the cd version is all there is open to you

If you mean will you have to redownload the .wba files and install them again through Windowblinds...no you shouldn't have to. If you restore all the skin folders and files as they were back into the proper place, the skins should work fine. However, as xscorpx mentioned, you will have to reinstall Windowblinds in order to use and apply those skins.

did you have SDC make archive copies of the programs?

if so, you can use SDC to restore the archives.

If you did'nt archive the files you will have to go through SDC, because you have to have the .exe files in the system. In other words, if you just copied the program files to another hard drive or dvd or whatever, you will have to reinstall everything. I just did the same thing. I installed SDC, and did the restore backups, and it did most, but some I had to DL again.
